excellent location spacious room helpful staff

The location is excellent near Paddington station. It made travel very easy. I found the room to be larger than expected, which i appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful .

I had a room on a higher floor and there was no lift. Carrying luggage up the stairs was difficult.

The location is amazing. It is very close to paddington station. the staff were friendly and helpful . i really appreciated the inclusive breakfast. It provided a good start to the day. the room was clean and tidy. It met my expectations for a comfortable stay.

the kettle did not automatically stay switched on to boil, i had to hold it down briefly.

My room was clean when I arrived. Staff was friendly . I did enjoy the breakfast they offer. Location is great for transport links.

The walls seemed thin, I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

hot room water pressure

Breakfast had a good choice of options. The location was also very good because it was close to Paddington station.

I was on the top floor and the room was quite hot. The water pressure in the shower was not good enough for my liking.
